Hands of Hope Outreach Center provides critical emergency assistance to low-income families in need in the mid-Cape area (Mashpee to Harwich), offering emergency food, financial assistance to prevent evictions and homelessness, assistance with overdue utility bills, hot water and heat. Seniors, Singles, Families, Children served. Christmas toy program in conjunction with the CC Times Needy Fund. Call after November 1 for detalis.
