St. Joseph’s Homeless Shelter helps individuals facing a housing crisis. It is the only emergency shelter for men and women who become homeless on Cape Cod. In addition to providing a safe place to sleep, the NOAH Shelter provides job-search and housing-search assistance, case management, legal clinics, and substance-abuse and mental-health counseling.

it is crazy there I only stay 2 or 3 days. they don't always open overflow. ive been put out in 2 rain storms and 2 snow storms. the rules change every day. its unsettling. I never get any rest,
