The goal of Outer Cape Health Services is to provide a full range of primary health care and supportive social services that promote the health and well-being of all who live in or visit the ten outermost towns on Cape Cod. Their Provincetown and Wellfleet and Harwich Port locations offer a variety of comprehensive services including: Primary Care, Family and Internal Medicine, Women's Services, Behavioral Health, Recovery Services-including Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), Structured Outpatient Addiction Program (SOAP) and Recovery Coaching, Pharmacy, Family Planning, WIC program, Social Work, HIV-Related Services, In-House Laboratory Services, and Urgent Care in Provincetown.
