The Homeless Prevention Council works every day to keep people in their homes and their communities, through one-on-one case management, we use every resource available to create individual solutions to the many problems encountered. We collaborate with other advocacy groups, town agencies and churches to help people access food, clothing, furniture, transportation, housing and other needs. We serve the residents of the eight towns of Lower / Outer Cape Cod on a non-sectarian, non-discriminatory basis.
