The HOME PROGRAM is a first-come, first-served down payment and closing cost assistance program that is funded by the Barnstable County Home Consortium. It is administered through Housing Assistance Corporation. Funds are not reserved until the applicant has been certified eligible and the appropriate paperwork has been received from your lender. This program is contingent on availability of funds. Applicants must be at or below 80% of area median income.
