The Consumer Assistance Council (CAC) is a non-profit agency that educates and assists consumers in trying to resolve complaints with merchants. A volunteer Case Manager will mediate your complaint to reach an agreeable settlement. CAC works in cooperation with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office but is not a legal assistance agency and cannot provide legal advice or representation. We serve all residents of the Cape and Islands, and our services are completely free.
