Environment awful place is a mess poor service

Unacceptable living conditions. Mold on mattresses, rusty bed frames, paint peeling on walls, broken toilet paper dispensers, whole in walls.

This place needs to be shut down . I’m trying to figure out how to report it! There’s NOTHING good about it ! It’s filthy, full of mold & bedbugs . Some of the beds are rusty old decaying gurneys. The poor people there live in 1 pair of clothes & go weeks without a shower!! Some soiled front & back ! The person running this place treats all those people like they’re in prison. They do not allow conversations & ther are no daily activities! It is run like a prison! I’ve seen it! All of it !! Health & human services needs to make a surprise visit round lunchtime ( if you call it lunch ) . A piece of white bread slapped with anything cold . They have to BEG for food ( some eat out of the trash) . This poor people living there NEED Help Now !!!!!!!!! SOMEONE SAVE THEM
